Privacy Policy
KinPax is a childcare organization and communication service operated by Grapplers Connect LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when adults use the KinPax mobile application, website, and related services.

Adults only
KinPax accounts are for adults age 18 or older. Children do not create KinPax accounts and are not intended to use the service as account holders. Adults may create and manage child profiles for caregiving purposes. If we learn that a child has created an account or directly submitted personal information contrary to this policy, we may suspend the account and take reasonable steps to remove the information.
Information we collect
We collect account information, including name, email address, authentication identifiers, profile image, account settings, and sign-in information. Adults may provide child information such as name, preferred name, birth date, photo, routines, preferences, feeding and sleep information, allergies, medications, health and safety notes, emergency contacts, pediatrician information, and other Care Guide content. We also collect Care Circle information; Handoff and Care Session information; uploaded, generated, or shared files; device and technical information reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service, such as app version, operating system, IP address, device or security signals, crash information, and push-notification tokens; and communications sent to KinPax support or privacy contacts.
How we use information
We use information to provide, personalize, maintain, and secure KinPax; authenticate users and manage accounts; create and manage child profiles, Care Guides, Care Circles, Handoffs, Care Sessions, and Session Summaries; make parent-selected information available to authorized caregivers; send operational notifications; generate requested exports; troubleshoot, prevent abuse, investigate security incidents, and improve reliability; measure visits to our public website and the effectiveness of our advertising; and respond to support, privacy, legal, and safety requests and enforce our Terms.
How we disclose information
KinPax does not sell personal information and does not use child profile information for targeted advertising. Information selected by a parent or guardian may be made available to the caregiver assigned to a Handoff, and caregiver entries may be visible to the relevant parent or guardian. Information may leave KinPax at your direction when you export, print, AirDrop, text, email, or otherwise share a Care Sheet or other content. We may use service providers, including Google/Firebase, for authentication, hosting, storage, notifications, security, and related infrastructure. Our public website uses the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and App Store or Google Play click activity associated with our advertising; Meta may receive browser, device, cookie, and event information for those purposes. Do not enter child, health, care, account, or other sensitive information into public website forms. We may also disclose information as reasonably necessary for legal, security, safety, or business-transaction purposes, subject to applicable law.
Information about children and photos
Adults may provide information about children for caregiving purposes. KinPax is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. Parents and guardians should provide only information they are authorized to provide and that is reasonably useful for caregiving. Photos uploaded to KinPax may be stored by our service providers and displayed to authorized users. Upload only images you are authorized to provide. KinPax does not make child profiles or child photos publicly searchable through the service.
Parent and caregiver responsibilities
An adult who creates or manages a child profile represents that they are authorized to provide and manage that information and to share it with the caregivers they select. Caregivers must use child information only for legitimate caregiving purposes and should not disclose it to unauthorized persons.
Push notifications and exports
KinPax may use push-notification tokens to deliver operational notifications. You can manage notification permissions through device settings. Because lock-screen notifications can be visible to others, KinPax is designed to minimize unnecessary sensitive detail in notification content. After a Care Sheet or PDF is saved, printed, or shared outside KinPax, we cannot control copies held by recipients or third-party apps. Exported information can also become outdated as the Care Guide changes.
Data retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records users expect us to maintain, protect the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable law. After deletion, limited information may remain where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Users may initiate account deletion in KinPax account settings or through https://kin-pax.com/delete-account. Where another authorized owner remains, appropriate shared records may remain available to that owner while unnecessary personal profile information belonging to the deleting user is removed or de-identified where feasible.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access, authorization controls, encrypted network transport, managed cloud infrastructure, application-integrity controls, and access restrictions. No security method can guarantee absolute security.
Privacy choices and California notice
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about the use or disclosure of personal information. To submit a privacy request, contact support@kin-pax.com. We will not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights. Where applicable, California residents may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, and certain disclosures and choices relating to personal information. KinPax does not sell personal information. You can use browser controls or privacy tools to limit cookies and interest-based advertising. Some jurisdictions may provide additional opt-out rights concerning cross-context behavioral advertising; contact support@kin-pax.com to exercise an applicable right.
United States service and changes
KinPax V1 is intended for users in the United States. Additional terms or controls may be introduced before expansion to other jurisdictions. We may update this Privacy Policy as KinPax evolves. We will revise the effective or last-updated date and provide additional notice where required.
